Sandra Collins - Seattle 8/13

This show isn't getting much publicity since it is at Medusa but wanted to spread the word to any TAs who wanted to attend.
Its Medusa's 1 year anniversary so they will be going all out on it, should be fun.
Now lets see if Sandra actually shows and if she actually spins a good set :)

in st. louis on the 4th of July Sandra was supposed to spin after Angel Alanis, but of course was a now show.
Alanis had to cover for her and did a damn good job tho. |

| Ahhh the Sandra no show. I think she has shown for 2 of 5 shows I have gone to see her, lol. Well I'm heading out in a few mins. so we shall see! She's supposed to go on at 11. |

She showed up!
Show was ok, had a good time. It seemed a little anti-climatic though but was solid music throughout. She seemed to be playing right out of the Gabriel & Dresden handbook, which provided great music, but didnt make her look all that original up on the decks.
I wasn't a big fan of her closing with playing motorcycle - as the rush comes, back to back. Sweeping strings and Armin mix, I love that song but 20 min. of As The Rush Comes is a bit much :) |

ah yeah definatly. she can be really poppy and in her sets. i've heard of her blow crowds away and of her do ty jobs.
at least she showed tho ! :D |
