I have a maximum upload speed of 10 kb/s.
When somebody downlaoding from me on the maximum upload speed my download speed goes almost to 0.
But when someone downloading from me on 7-8 kb/s my download speed is almost not effected.
Is there a way in DC++ to change my upload speed so i can share more files.
