I was in chapters today, looking for a couple of essential things, when i spotted this mag called "K" from knowledgemag.co.uk dunno any of you have seen it around, but it's the first time i see it here in canada. Anyways, it's solely dedicated to Jungle/DnB :D. And has a CD every month. Andy C was featured on this month's issue, not a bad article i must say :D.

IMO the CD is pretty good ... insanely good mixing! However, the best recorded set of him is ANDY C & MC GQ LIVE - FLEX! Trust me Andy C goes all out and no one can ever beat that set.
When I saw Andy C last yr at Labour of Love, honest to GOD, he can beat match in less then a second! By pulling back on the vinyl and relessing it right away! That's why he called the "EXECUTIONER" and also that's way he's been #1 Jungle/DnB DJ for 4 yrs.
DJ ZINC is tied with Andy C with mixing now, but he can't Double Drop nor Tease like Andy C. |
