GMT - PST will be -7 or -8 (depending on PST daylight saving time)
The actual time it is in the UK, is not constant with GMT, in that the London time goes forward by an hour for summer.
So as both the UK time and the time on the west coast of america change for summer, the difference should be a constant -8, except when one goes forward a few weeks before the other, which is what tends to happen.
At least i think thats how it works. |
