we're pretty sure he's Latvian, but a couple of the guys reckon he's Estonian?
so we're not quite sure, but the internet nick he usually uses, RWP isn't registered here, so I thought I'd give this a shot.
We've got his pic lying around, prolly his name somewhere too. He's the shiznit with linux/BSD, hell good Red Alert editor too.
I think that's about it...
