now like many of you on the boards i can safely presume that at least 90% of TA's active members would have finished downoading and listened to (imo) the greatest live set this year, that being PvD's -Energy 2003 set. if you havnt already, then WTF?
but i'd just like to give credit, as it is due, to the man who put the 'iceing on the cake' so to speak. That man being the MC of the night, for those of you who have only skimmed through the set, then track back to the 3:00 min mark and you will hear the legend himself.
i can quite honestly say that i have never laughed so much in my entire life at another mans enthusiasm, effort, will and strain at proclaiming Paul van Dyk's name. I can only assume that when he shouted 'Dyk!' that he was about to fall off stage (which would explain why we never heard from him again) or his constipation that day had reached its zenith.
so to that MC, wherever you are,

| yes the mc was pretty intense... and about 47 min or so into the set there is this girl that yells something very loud and i can't figure out what it is... it almost sounds dutch and like she is yelling GOEDE QUAAAAAA or something like that.. i have no bloddy idea? am i crazy or has anyone else heard that too? |

That girl yelling is actually a jingle for the radio that broadcasted the set,namely Couleur 3,which is what that girl yells out in french on that set. That screaming guy during Introspection was pretty cool IMO,the problem was that Paul/Markus needed to tell him to shut up,cos he wouldn't.
Another announcer I think deserves a mention here is the guy from Marco V @ Mysteryland 01.Yes,I know he probably s up the set here and there,but the guy just cracks me up every ing time. Like in the intro where he goes "COS I WANNA SHUT UP!!!Sit back,smoke a joint", and then the crowd goes nuts after him trying to make em respond for several minutes. Just hilarious. |

| aha! i feel alot better after finding out that mystery... now when i listen to it i don't have to sit back and wonder what the hell she is saying. Couleur trois.... almost simular to goede ----? ok, maybe not..:o |
