Another Mysterious Al Kaida Tape discovered!

Al Jazeera showed the tape exclusively, no one really know where it comes from.
The tape shows an unknown man, probably a member of the Terror Organisation Al Kaida. The sound quality of the recording is very poor, but I managed to translate it.
