• since always, the oscillator power is weak and the synth itself is very limiting and renders incorrectly.

• a combo of 3xosc, absynth, waldorf q, vaz, pro-53...

• i don't see the similarity :p

rename to .mp3

Sample here

Very nice!, but why do you have the clap leading the way, in place of a kick? Sounds like the clap is coming first ;p

Failure to comply, LOL :) :p

dbl: sounds nice! I like it! BTW that MP3 contains a block of silence at the end.

djtezz: Why the sarcastic smiley? :) Did you somehow "expand" that arpeggio or did you apply a synth to it. The sound is full and rich, so that's good.

Very nice, guys! Me like!!

sounds nice, i would do a collab with you if u want, but i would have to force you to get rid of that zeta piece of e ;)

btw, this sounds more alphazone than scot project to me, ill post a clip in a sec :)

Gah , throwing around collab offers. What about me eh?, lazy bum :stongue:

And god dammit, quit it with the sig editing, it makes me look lame it does :sadgreen: :p

Hm.. well, I was trying to "synth-ify" this melody myself, but I can't find a good synth! :(

I'm using VAZ from 2001. First of all it's a pain to try out different patches, you gotta keep going to that File > Open Patch menu every time, because they're all separate files. Also whatever effects you record will not transfer over to Fruity.

I'm willing to overlook all these probs if I at least find a GOOD, kick-ass lead synth. But so far the only palatable one I've found was 4MOD or something like that.

You VAZ users, give some advice! :o

(I'm using VAZ because z3ta+ is a piece of according to some people here  )

P.S. - dbl: I really dig your slightly changed version!

I'm really happy with my vaz, its working its way into all my tracks now. I;ve found the secret to be in the FX used. I find myself tweaking them more than the synth itself. Flanger (and some light overdrive), reverb, delay, and eq is what i generally use for my vaz leads.
Project T
well, the secret to synths is not patches, but to actually make your own sounds...
