yep...i'm very thankful for that TTA!

i never liked d-p...too much commercial stuff and errors in the files..it doesn't cover the more underground and less hyped styles such as techno and house...so now there's a solution for that =D
they still exist tho: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Lot/6148

once applied for a link exchange, but it was never honoured...maybe cause of the competition =D let's hope all its visitors move to me now =P

Yes, the domain http://www.dance-paradise.org does not exist anymore... the only domain now is http://www.dance-paradise.tk or http://beam.to/danceparadise or http://dj.flappie.nl

The site still exists, but not with tracklists anymore. In the years 1998, 1999 when I started there weren't as many dj sets available as nowadays, so that was easy to handle. But these days almost every day a dozen new dj sets pop up so it's not possible to update that kind of information anymore. And I guess the tracklist archive from tranceaddict.com covers a lot of tracklists too and because of the fact that so many people are reading to forum, it can be more updated that any other site.

The fact that I never had house/techno sets on my site was: it was my personal collection and I just don't like underground house sets, I like the more commercial sounds from Tiesto, Armin, Ferry and German DJs so that's why I only hosted that kind of tracklists.

But I'm glad I inspired other websites to continue the job, like tracklist.org... sorry if you applied for a link, if I did not respond I probably did not get the mail, because usually I always respond... although I also stopped adding links to my link paradise because almost every day I got mails from people asking me to link their brand new page... so for that reason I created the automated link page, if you want to add your link, just go to:

http://members.home.nl/j.hond/dp/links/linkmus.htm

And if you are really looking for a tracklist and the tranceaddict.com tracklist archive cannot help you can always try:
http://danceparadise.board.dk3.com/2/viewforum.php?f=3

Or the tracklist mailinglist:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tracklist

What is http://www.dance-paradise.tk nowadays?

I changed it into a weblog, where I collect all dance related news and put it in a log. And the top 20 and chart still exists (since 1990 already!!!), it still is available on the site.

RIP dance-paradise.

you will be missed.

Since many people asked me about the tracklist section I started updating the section again, but in a different way: whenever I have a tracklist or get a tracklist from someone I throw it in a directory. From the left menu at http://www.dance-paradise.tk (or http://beam.to/danceparadise) you can browse through these directories like Armin van Buuren, Johan Gielen, DJ Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Ferry corsten etc... I'll add more DJs later this week, also events etc... So I hope you will like it...
