Lost Highway is both weird and scary. Really scary.
As for American Psycho: You have to read the book to get the point. And you have to read it in the correct context. It wasn't just something written as basis for a quick flick, but a social comment of the 80's manifesting itself as a milestone. If you just flick to page whatever in it and reads about a bizarre killing, it will surely disgust you, but the art of the book is that when you read it from start till end, you're gradually exposed to the killings while being bombarded with surreal - non violent - situations, so you end up with mixed feelings on your own behalf. In the end, Brett Easton Ellis turns to weird literary tricks to make everything very chaotic and confusing, thus mirroring what must be a serial killers mind (or perhaps a eager businessman?) Considering the depth of the book and that it's not the 80's anymore, made it highly probable that the film would be a let down. |

Yes Fight club is a weird movie....
Another weird movie is Bad taste.....
KICK ASS though!!! HAHA i laughed at that movie....just a bunch of zombies running around and a guy spliting their head of and its soooooooo ugly made! |

| "Bad Boy Bubby", I still cringe just thinking about that movie. If you have a weak heart or stomach and wonder just who many social no-no's one movie can touch on I dont suggest you see it. |

anyone seen XistenZ? in hell that film is twisted with a capital TWIST... u dont know hats actually real or whats the game, cuz they play games within the game about 3 times... then at the end of it all it was all a game. ed up...
Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas is one of my faves though. Its pointless... two people just go on a drugs binge week in las vegas... thats it heheh :D

All of those three movies are excellent, but they all have different directors. You have good taste though :D I actually used to work in a video store, so I've seen my share of movies.
