When I heard the brass in the beginning, I was like...WTF?!?!?!? :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:
Then I heard the lyrics in the beginning...I didn't expect this.
But, if you made this in the genre of hip-hop, this beat is HOT!
I'm a pretty big fan of hip-hop - my whole life - grew up in the Bx, and have alot of appreciation for it. The lyricist has a good voice - and his flow is pretty on. Sounds like either a local hit, or just pure underground.
Didn't know you were into hip-hop. Goodsamples man. Hip-Hop is another genre, that I'm totally into -Mental |

i am not too much into the whole hip hop thing but then again i always love to do new genres! i have 4 genres on this forum atm...a mix of jono acto (trance), groove merchant track (prog house, remix of costo del sol (techno) and this dj seventh city production (hip hop)...next is DNB!..loL! |

me neither...but just ended up doing a slow breaks track and asked some friend to rap over it and it came out good! ;p |

The same things came to my mind when I heard it. Really nice beginning :D I like that kind of stuff. The guy has a good voice but an even better flow.
This is thousand times better than all the 'professional' crap that comes out of the hiphop world. Respect for this :cool:
(P.S.: Now if only you could make a Neptunes alike track :D) |
