There was a movie on this site awhile ago of a guy glowstick stringing...it was awesome. The guy was pretty much making circles at his sides and then crossing the strings over to do kindof a figure 8. It definitely looked like this guy practiced a lot to do that kind of thing.

ok couple tips I experienced..
start by just moving your wrists...cause if you move your arms...u'll hurt your self badly (when u don't know how to string rave)...and remmember it takes time.....
