Isn't Persia = Iran? Is there a specific reason why Iranian people don't like this name? In any case, some people here would have trouble looking for "Persia" on the map :p

It was Persia originally, but I think that some years ago (to summarize) the shah (or king) changed it under some pressure in order to 'modernize' it (which is retarded IMO). |
