quick fruity loops help

ok i made a song in fruity loops and when i finished i went over it with the main automation recording. (you can use this feature to change volume/cut/filter and all the stuff throughout the song)
i screwed it up, and now i cant delete it, the automation stays everytime i play the song, even when i re-record over it...so how do i reset a dial, or if not how do i delete the automation altogether and create a new one?

You'll have to poke around under 'Current Project' ... all the automations are there somewhere, just delete, or bring up the events graph and delet that way.
If you wanted to do a new automation altogether, you COULD (the cheap easy way) just remove the 'Main Automation' Channel from your playlist, then make a new one.
By the way, just in case you didn't notice, when you record automations, it DOES NOT record them into the 'Main Automation' all the time... it records it to whatever pattern you currently have selected - which may explain why you can't undo it (its hiding on you)... The current projects thing should help this. |
