| if someone wants to release a mix compilation cd should he take any permission from the producers of each tracks he is using? |

| yes, of course. if you want to sell the cd you have to get the permission first... |

actually it's more along the lines of paying them.. not asking for permission (although that is the precursor) |

| although if one wanted to spin their mix at a club or party i don't think permission or paying the producers is required :D |
