just because the rec name is tunnel TRANCE force, people in austria and germany think that this is the real trance and say "trance sucks". i've got 23,24,25 of the compilations and i have to say they really suck imho :) ... this is just crappy eurotrance with more-beats-hoping-it-would-make-a-crappy-song-better beats.
so what i don't want to flame anyone, it's just not my taste ... so enjoy, eugene :) |

my problem is that i'd like to see Trance reviews here, not eurodance. My adress bar does not say http://www.eurodanceaddict.com/forums , is yours?
Trance is not only melodic, i agree, but this is so ing cheesy.. The producers who made these tracks, were strictly and obviously busy with making money, whithout being busy with music from the heart |

Dutch dude chill out :D Tranceaddict isn't anymore trance only for a looong time. I see tranceaddict as a place where people meet to discuss all forms of electronc dance music. (Trance,Club,Techno, whatever)
If we'd only discuss trance, the tracklist forum would be quite empty and much party's wouldn't be discussed because other styles of dance music will also be played there...

I almost agree with you.
A lot of styles are being discussed here, true. And the tracklist forum would be quite empty if we only discussed trance. So we dont, and discuss other electronic music styles. BUT there is a big difference between normal, quality electronic music and eurodance. When you speak of creativity, originality and the difficulty of producing music, eurodance wouln't be in front (if you know what I mean).
This site started with Trance, real trance. Later on some other electronic styles were introduced on the boards. And than suddenly people are posting this eurodance (a style wich took some Trance components, mixed it up with some commercial crappy drumline/bassline, and called it a track, In Dutch, "een slap aftreksel") This kind of music does not belong here, I like to discuss electronic (dance) music, the "underground" stuff, as some people name it.
I always thought this would be a nice community with people who all have the same love for music, but I think I was wrong. |

Teknikol, you are not the authority on what is 'quality' and what is not. Although it may come as a big surprise to you, people have different tastes. And with a name like 'Teknikol', what the hell are you doing on a Trance forum anyway?
