Whats the best Frequency to EQ for those phat trance leads?

Depends on your patch.

Depends on the rest of your mix

I generally boost up the mid range in my leads, betweeen 2-5k. I also filter out the highs and lows. 40-50hz range for the lows as you don't want this muddying the track, for the highs, I apply a slight filter to cut everything above 10khz off. It gets rid of some of those harsh hissy frequencies that can kill your hearing on a loud system and especially once everything else is in the mix.

i would filter as well a bit around 90 hz.. so that the bassdrum has space to make more pressure..

so long

first of all...stick to english ait? ;)

but anyway it's hard to say really, it totally depends on your patch...I mean f.e. you might have a patch that's based around the mid frequencies...then you might want to boost the mids a little more and the highs just a little but the case can also be the oposite and so no...it varies from case to case I would say :)

Any lowpass filter will suffice, as long as it gets rid of those harsh highs. As for using different eq settings for different patches, this is fairly true, but I generally still stick to the same EQ settings just decrease/increase accordingly.
State of Matter
You cut everything above 10khz!? Defintely don't do that, you'll ruin the high frequencies of some of the coolest sounds in your mix. I'd suggest instead turning the knob to 16khz, cutting that completely, and tweaking the bandwidth as necessary. This is on a parametric equalizer.
