| Yea this past year I had a science class that we talked about this such thing. There are a group of people like this in Chechnya. There whole society works like how it was back in the old old days. Where they make all there own stuff and tend to there live stock and make own food. I remember that they eat flour made bread and goat milk and goat cheese. The only sweetener they had is honey, never used sugar. One of the main factors thought on how they become old, is that they don't know the meaning of retirement. Everyone in their society stays active by doing their part with jobs of survival. When they get older they just do less. :tongue3 |

Yea there is no way I'd like to live that long, well maybe if I was in good shape and thn died suddenly somehow... but certainly I would not like to be just barely makin' it, blahhh!
I do like the idea of always doing your part, it takes a village to live forever... :clown: |

people are not exposed to junk food and stress
you decide for yourself if you want to eat it
you make up for yourself if you are nervous because of heaps of work
i rarely get stressed out because when i have a whole lot of things to do, i figure the best way to get it done is to remain calm and just get it over with..
pollution is a different story, but a person is always in control of his eating habits and his nerves.. |
