how to create a bootleg?

I want to make a bootleg between my Ambient Track "My Shelter" and "Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes".
But: How?
My first idea was to cut the second track into small pieces and import it into Reason, but that's a lot of work... :(
Does anybody know any good programm which I can use to mix these two tracks together? The problem is that I don't want to mix them live, that would be too worse... |

One of the best programs I know to do re-edits and thus also Bootleg mixes with is Pro Tools. But I think you should be fine using a wav editor like Sound Forge or Cool Edit Pro and import the different wav.s into cubase or something. Just make sure both tracks run at the same speed when recording, this will save you a lot of time...
