This guide is weird. I thought that the age of consent here in Brazil was 16 years old, but there it says it's 14.
Is it 14? It's okay with the World Cup Law of Consent, but I never thought it would be legal :p

Consent isn't an issue in Canada above 14, and forgetting about the feelings nonsense for a minute (because honestly, high-school relationships don't work out in the long term, and clearly this guy won't feel too guilty about it otherwise he wouldn't have even considered it), there is just one scenario I see:
If this girl actually admits to wanting to sleep around, then it does leave room for the possibility that she's d-i-r-t-y. If you screw with her, pick something up, and then sometime down the road hop in the sack with the girl you're seeing now, would you be able to sleep at night if you found out that you gave that nasty thing to her?
At the very least, if you are going to mess with the wild one, get yourself tested before you do anything physical with your real g/f... |

I believe the rule in all of Canada is :
14 is legal as long as the other party is 16 or under, 16 is legal for all everything above |
