The best jerky I had was smoked B.C. Salmon jerky right off one of the Indian reserves a couple weeks ago when I was there....

| IMO venison jerky is the best. A friend of mine here in Indiana made like 50 pounds of the stuff.....i got through winter eating that stuff..... |
