It seems to me that no one ever gives credit to an innovative bassline for making a song great. One great bassline for me was

Private Taste - First (Ashtrax Remix)

I loved the bass that dropped in every 8 bars after the breakdown.
-AbsurD-
Big Black Boot - Vibrate (Original Mix) has the most badass bassline ive ever heard
Maaz
James Holden - One for you (Oliver Klein mix)

Now this is bass :D
Elmo-On-XTC
sasha - belfunk :D

if you really like deep basslines, you might like drum and bass
Floorfiller
i usually say...

Love Tattoo - History Of Disco Prt 2
Ste
dubb headz - rising up
starglider
Haha, if you want a really deep bassline, try BT - Shame (Bent Remix). A somewhat disappointing remix really, but it makes my room vibrate which surely counts for something. On a more serious note, I love some of the Agent 001 basslines; very quirky. Try these:

Agent 001 - Acid What?
Agent 001 - Daniel Wiggy
Agent 001 - When Pigs Fly
hadi burpee
mine are

origene - sanctuary (traveller remix)
planisphere - cinematics
infusion - legacy (junkie xl remix)

Holden and Thompson - Nothing (Original)
James Holden - One For You (Original/Altitude Remix)
