John we wont have enough time to do everything...
Lets say around 15-20 of us show up at Sbarros, they have to cook food just for us, which will take time to do. Than we have to get to Central Park, meet up with the rest of people at the Terrace, and head out to the stage area. Remember we need good places.
Id say we get together at 3-3:30PM, call ahead of time for food so that its already cooking when we start arriving, AND when we finish we should have plenty of time to get to Central Park and get decent spots. |

Sbarros = Buffet ! But your right I think a 3pm meetup would be ideal.

| So that is the plan then, great. What do you guys do anyway I have never done this before, do you guys introduce yourselves, what is the whole deal when you meet up, after all I am a complete stranger but a TA nonetheless. Drop me a hint as to the process. |
