prog can be trancy at times, but its no way near being a trance derivative or sub genre. it lives on its own and is closer to house than anything else.

What the !?!?
Prog doesnt equal trance!?!? Thats like saying Tech equals House. There's Prog House (my fav), Prog Trance, Tech House, Tech Trance.

I agree with Jeff but I know you just did that to stir up Drazen.:p
Dr. Z
I was just informed by a reliable source that prog stands for prog house. Therefore I have reached a new conclusion.

prog = proghouse = house
progressive trance = trance
so prog /= just prog.

haha
