Gary Jules - Mad World (Such a haunting and depressing tune that I first heard in Donnie Darko, I'm suprised no one has mentioned it yet. This is one of the few songs I can stand on repeat.)

Radiohead - Killer Cars
Radiohead - Airbag

You think airbag is depressing? It always cheers me up, heh.

Drax and Scott Mac - Sublime (Darkstar Remix)
Reminds me of driving into Manhattan not too long after 9/11.
If anyone could have experienced hearing that, and seeing all that smoke in the air, would agree.
Great track otherwise, but I'll never forget that image. |

seeing as I started this topic it's just fair to warn all of you that I am running out of Prozac :)
But seriously...I totally agree how some of the most uplifting songs in theory can actually be quite depressing to the listener.
But the whole Armin van Buuren's 76 album is a big depress-fest for me at the moment. So good, but so painful...weird huh? |
