| I hope that you dont have a Cracked (pirated version) because once you let it connect to the Net it comunicates with the Fruity Loops server and if its cracked it will lock itself and you wont be able to use it... or ever reinstall it... |

Why dont u ask for someone's FLP files with songs or at least loops?
U will need to get and install the same plugins that person uses though...
FL is good as a sequencer and overall mixing program. Its samples arent worth using, the synths are bad (except for little common filling sounds), but it does the sequencing job pretty well, and u will do good songs if u know how to make a good sound out of a synth. |

Dude you can't make a good trance track with just fruityloops.
Go download some good samples and some VSTis like the pro 53, vaz2010, FM7 and practice!!!
Your not going to get far asking all these questions. |

I agree in general, but the fl synths CAN sound good. Listen to the current elude song in the amatuar producers forum, allthe synths are fl synths i believe (3osc to be precise). |

Yes, they can really sound good if u know what u r doing, i use MANY 3xOsc sounds, but i do it most of the times for normal sounds, or filling stuff/FX, what i said, is that they are limited, u cant get such a wide range of good sounds like u can with a pro-53...
And it bases its sound on a single raw-wav sample of the wavform, at octave 3, it dont generates its own pulse real time. So, if u lowpitch it a lot, it gets dirtier.
Of course u can get very cool sounds with them, but not any. Sometimes i need sounds that they cant give me, and i use a lot of other plugins cuz of that |

Yeah i agree, the fl synths aren't the greatest, and i do generally prefer vst/buzz machines, but they can come up with the goods with enough tweaking... |
