think you've been sucking dick for crack boy, look at the tracklists for his 99 mixes, oakenfold very rarely played the same tune twice, let alone "basically the same set", something which is practically unheard of nowadays......
creamfields is his best mix, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know anything about anything ;) |

All of Oakys 99 world tour are sweet.. although alot of them are quite similar but hey.. the man was in a different country every month! you cant expect him to have the freshest record box!
Stand outs for me however had to be
Home, Ibiza 25.07.99 (a classic oaky set.. showcasing his sound):D
Home, Sydney, 1.10.99 (harder set in oakenfold terms) :whip:
and Home, London, (Exerllent tracklist) ;)
also the rojam, shanghi is a good set.. enjoy. |

i beg to differ dude..
Tracks such as Jan Johnson - Am i on pause, Skip raiders - Another day, The Source - Fly away, Moogwai - Viola, Planet perfecto - Bullet in a gun, The Taste experience - Highlander for eg, appear on numerous essential mixes from 99.. and i know there are many more.. I realise alot of these tracks are his own or on his label so he had good reason to plug them, and I agree that "basically the same set" is incorrect as each set definitly has its own flavour, but saying he rarely played the same tune twice isnt true... |
