email problem HELP

i think my hotmail accounts went nuts , it keeps on sending viruses to other email adresses (i don't know why) and now i keep on receiving those "UNDELIVERY SYSTEM" messages saying i sent an email with a .pif file bla bla bla ...
what do i do ? |
