i cant believe im sayin this....on a trance msg board :O...but despite pvd being in das kool haus thatnight....im going to see Deep Dish...i will check PVD out...but this guy is really gonna have to be out of this world to keep me there...
armin on the other hand i wont miss even if i lose all my money and have to be homeless from now on....
p.s. if that happens you can catch me after the show outside the main doors...plz donate:P |

Haha yeah. But I can get to where I want to go wit the bus. It's not that bad. So LadyLotus if your friends don't like trance, get them into it (slowly) and then they'll love it. I brought some friends of mine to Guv/Koolhaus for Labour of Love and they loved the party...;) The meetups are always fun. |

Meh. I'm sure Deep Dish will pack Guv but nothing like KH. People have been waiting a WHILE for PvD to come, when he was going to come before, sooooooo many of my friends who aren't even into the scene much know of PvD and were calling me up and asking to get tickets for it. It will be no different this time.
Samhouse, Deepdish has been here tons of times and will be here again, Paul hasn't been here since Oct 6th of 2001! I'm debating whether or not to see Armin on the Sat (if I can't get it off work or other comes up) because I've seen him 5x approx up till now. But who knows...if you have heard anything recent by PvD that's how he spins, or just get some of his classic sets and you might be into his style. Even if nobody is in the KH I will be there.

Well im surprised that there even guys who like trance in scarborough. I thought that this was hiphop central. Anyways, maybe ill have to meet up with some guys from scarborough. who knows. i think im too shy though. Plus how do i explain something like that to my bf. I live with him too. I know id flip out if he did that.
Any advise?

You know what.........
tell him that your going to a rave, and your meeting up with some ta's. Tell him that they might be boys and if it really bothers him he should be a good boyfriend, suck it up, and buy a ticket.
Once he gets in there, and he sees the scene, and get his head bobbing with the beat, he'll be hooked, and he'll thank you every day for the rest of your life.
Unless he really hates the stuff.

I'd feel more comfortable that my girlfriend was going with a bunch of people (guys and girls) rather than by herself.
You'd just be getting a ride down to the Guv with the guy - not going back to his house - so I don't see why anybody would flip out. Would he rather you wait for a bus at midnight?
