Joshua Ryan blazes on MTV
'Blazer', a track on Joshua Ryan's debut album 'By Design', has been selected to be featured in MTV's new Sunday Night Line Up 60-second TV commercial that will continue to air in heavy rotation worldwide. The video premiered during the VMA's show on August 28th. Officially, the track comes from Golan Globus, the duo of Joshua Ryan and brother Erik Emm, but also appears on Joshua's own full-length album
'By Design' that was released in February 2003.
Being a drum 'n' bass producer as well, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the US dnb scene, including former roommate and close friend Dieselboy, and he helped to produce several tracks for Dieselboy's ambitious project ‘Human Cd’
'By Design' also features the hit Pistolwhip, an instrumental track that won him critical acclaim all over the world when it was released back in 2000 and even to his own surprise got him in to the UK pop charts. Joshua's album also contains his latest single 'Buildings Inbetween', due out early January. (04/09/03)
I don't really see the prob with it getting some airplay. More good music on MTV is always welcome IMO. |

i dont think background music attracts people to listen to trance
ive heard several trance songs that were not of the cheese genre a few times on mtv but they were never named, just background music |
