you can find pretty much anything in apn hub 1 (though, sometimes i have to resort to emule for really, really, really, really rare stuff. even if you cant find slots, if you talk sometimes and try to participate in the community, you'll find people are very nice and will give you slots when you ask, or will try to find episodes for you (in general).

i haven't actually watched fumoffu, but i'm just like you.. i thought FMP was BORING!!!! totally average, and nothing special. i'm not sure why people liked it so much. but, from friends' accounts, the second is nothing like the first... it just is comedy. and some people claim it isn't even that funny, nonetheless.

and thanks! i think my database is quite helpful :D i spend lots of time on it..

Ridiculous – oh yes, but at the same time comic genius. Especially when that kid get the axe in the head, gets up and is like “I’m OK, I’m ok!” And that has to be the best death scene from anyone when the teacher pop’s his clogs and then gets up to answer the phone. :stongue:

BTW, how did you survive that marathon lol, thats gotta be around 15 hours.

One word - Caffeine! To be honest though, at the end it wasn’t really watching, but gormlessly staring at the TV while the world sinks into oblivion. I’ve honestly felt more alive after really heavy clubbing nights than after that. :(

However my memory of enjoying it may be tainted by the fact that I watched it as part of an “EVA Marathon” where we watched every episode of EVA, then Death and Rebirth, then End of Evangelion back to back.

The first anime I've ever watched was eva in marathon too.
There's a local anime channel here, and they did an eva marathon weekend. They put the whole series again, and again, and again... from Saturday 00:00 till Sunday 24:00.

Me and my friends spent the whole weekend in a friends house with that HUGE amount of weed, and kept talking and watching eva.

We also had the movies on divx.

What a nice weekend...

oh yeah, lain kicks ass. I have the series and I've watched it several times, and i still don't understand it. but i love it all the same. wicked animation, great science theories and the thing with the aliens is very cool :) lain is such a mind series but it's got some intelligent points about the internet and it's really visionary, too, now that we have everybody getting wireless internet left and right.
