I have to create this thread as Divine Intervention for those of you who are addicted to the net.. :eyespop: Please feel free to leave ur coments about how you/or someone you know are addicted to the net.. This is IAA where you cannot be judged because it is anonymous:crazy:
I guess to start it off....
I know this broad that is online chatting for her every waking moment.. She gets up, goes online, then finally when she's tired she goes back to bed.. She does take the hour or two hour break every once in a while but she is always on the computer..
I think she needs help... :tongue2
Of course i'm only writing this cause I WANT the computer but never can cause she's always on it...

| i am not addicted to the internet in general, just messageboards. in the last year i have posted like 2000 times on this board, 2500 on CP, 7000 on arc, 700 on NB, and the other boards i post on dont keep count. at one point it got to the point that i was out of town and found a party to go to and i said, "cool! i need to post that to tell my friends where i am going!" then i realized how nuts that is and i refrained. |

do what i did convince your parants to buy a comp for yourself get a wireless access point+ on board router and a wireless card(usb) .stick you modem in the access point along with the other comp set your comp up with the wireless card and your sweet :) no one touches my comp i dont get any spyware on it what so ever and im also on it at 5 in the morning cause i cant sleep :disbelief |

| Well... I know a guy who circles his life between his bedroom and the living room, where he lies on the couch and watches a bit of TV, but having to return to the PC every 5 minutes, to see if someone has already talked to him, or to see his files have already finished downloading. He told me that he passes about 12+ hours in front of the screen and that he wants to quit his life, but he's becoming too lazy to even go out to the street, and I'm beginning to be concerned with him... |
