Ok,
Not sure if this has been posted but I was browsing CNN when I came across this article:

This is absolutely ridiculous.. It's basically saying :
SIGN THIS AND AGREEMENT (WHICH ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE ""ILLEGAL DIGITAL FILES"") AND WE WONT SUE YOU.
