Who is gonna make it?
Some leagues seem cut and dry, San Francisco and Atlanta are surely there but the rest are up for grabs. I fancy Boston in the AL east, they have won some tough games of late! AL Central is anybodies, Twins on a roll but I think Chicago will come through. AL West, too tight to call. Wild card will go to AL east runner-up.
NL Central, I hope the cards can do it, losing series to Cubs was a blow though! The wild card is just so tight but Phillies look good, would love to see Florida in there though! |

My Predictions
AL West: Oakland
AL Central: Chicago
AL East: NYY
AL Wildcard: Boston
NL West: San Fransisco
NL Central: Cubs
NL East: Braves
Wildcard: I'd like to say the dodgers but i think it's gonna be either Phillie or one of the nl central teams. |

It's the tightest wild card race in years. I won't even make any predictions.
I didn't know they followed baseball in Scotland... ;) |

GO WHITE SOX!!!
They better make the playoffs. I've already got a ticket to their first playoff game at Comiskey if it happens. :D
My girlfriend is so pro Cubs:confused: and I'm so pro Sox. Its all good though. Nice to have a little rivalry. All I know is that if the Cubs make it and the Sox dont, I'll be mighty pissed.
The Sox have a very tough schedule the rest of the season. 7 games against Minn. who they are battling for first place with. 4 games with KC who are also in contention. And a few games with the first place Yankees in NY. Its all up to them now... |

| Arghh, looks like the Cards have blown it with the usual crappy pitching! 5 1/2 back with what 12 to go, no chance! |

Hehe, OK, I'll just give you all the right answers to who's gonna win the respective divisions and the wild card positions since its all almost done. Well, ALMOST, Lol.
NL EAST: Atlanta Braves (12th straight division title, baby! wooooo hooooooo)
NL CENTRAL: Houston Astros (Why am I not surprised?)
NL WEST: SAN FRANSISCO GIANTS (Well, OF COURSE!)
NL WILDCARD: FLORIDA MARLINS (Gonna be a tight race, but Phillies are gonna screw up somehow ... )
AL EAST: NEW YORK YANKEES (6th consecutive time, and I'd say with that HUGE payroll I can make it 12 in the next 6 years to tie the Braves record ... zzzz)
AL CENTRAL: MINNESOTA TWINS (NOT THEM AGAIN!! UGH)
AL WEST: OAKLAND ATHLETICS (How many times in the last couple or so seasons do the A's make a productive run in the second half of the season ... and Mariners fall out of grace - AGAIN !!!!!! OMG)
AL WILDCARD: Boston Red Sox (FINALLY, ITS ABOUT TIME .... will the Hank Aaron curse live up to its glory?)
