i origionaly thought i could, but after looking at my tv in more detail, im not so sure. i have got the red, white, and yellow holes that you plug the cables into. i thought id use these, but it says they r the av plugs. and doesnt say anything about input or output. i got one set in the front of the tv and another set in the back of the tv. i was gona plug in the cables into the red and white holes and then plug the other end into my amp but i dont know if that will now work. anyone know if it will? i dont wana fork out for leads that might not work. thanks in advance, and i hope you know what im talking about.:eyespop:

If you only have one set of "A/V" jacks on the back of your TV they are IN ONLY. Thus you are out of luck with the TV. But you still can pipe audio through your stereo if you have a stereo VCR before the tv. You just have to use either a cable box before the VCR or the VCR itself to surf channels when you are watching TV. Just use the Red and White audio out jacks to go from the VCR to the receiver/amp.

You can buy TVs that have an audio out, but they are usually more expensive and are, I have found, less and less common these days.

Use a headphone jack to phono cable, to go from the TV headphone socket to ur amp. Should work ;)
