...And back on topic,
Usually I work out on Saturdays... so if I go clubbing and all, I do not lose weight... but sometimes.. i can lose a few lb's a weekend, my problem is not losing weight though, its gaining it! im 6' 165lb, and I need more!
PS thats not fat, thats muscle weight |
