comcast ... they are the biggest monopoly s on the face of the planet. Not only does their organization contain the densest (no pun intended) concentration of incompetant s per square mile, but their product breeds mass idiocy upon others. After interacting with them no less than 10 times over the course of one month I've arriven at the conclusion that: A) They have no in clue how their own internal organization works. B) They are still struggling with the concept of the appointment system. And C) They're so goddamned dumb that they're still struggling with the concept of breathing, so it's best to speak slowly and avoid any serious thought on their part lest it overload the tin foil gears in their head.

Comcast called me and left a message yesterday telling me to call them (about paying my bill, I was a lil late oops) and so I did call and pay, which I was plannign to anyway. I specifically asked the guy what the call was about, he looked it up and said "It was just a reminder to pay your bill so as not to have service disconnected". I figured ok, no more calls since I payed.
What do I find when i get home from work? THE SAME DAMN RECORDED MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE!!! Damn idiots.
Reminds me that I still need to call them about forwarding my AT&T email address. Sigh.
I hate Comcast too.

Well im worried about that cuz ive had condoms break on me and ive known a few people whove wound up 17year old parents cuz of em breakin to. PLUS the fact that i cant use condoms cuz its like not having sex at all, i dun know how other people can manage it actualy. |

Third idiots don't even know how to say they're own adresses like WTF wrong with them !??? when you say the last part of the adress they'll be like POSTAL CODE CITY and then Province when it's supposed to be City Province Postal Code .... oh and yeah they get pissed off if you say " may I please have your zip code" NO I DON'T HAVE A ZIP CODE I HAVE A POSTAL CODE

I see that your do customer service, you expect to get calls from smart people all the time?
I worked at the airport, you know how many stupid people in general i met, asking so called stupid questions.
Right now I work as a purchaser, I order stuff from US, and beleive it or not some guy thought ontario was a city, it doesn't mean Americans are stupid!!!! |
