I did and it was SICK!! Chris was awesome as was Nick. I really wanted to see both sets but I mostly listened to Chris'. He was banging the whole night. He was so energetic up on the decks too. Really getting into the music and egging the crowd on. At the end of his set when the Transit guy came and told them to cut it off, he kept playing and was flipping the guy the bird while he was turned away and other stuff like that. Hes quite a character. Reminded me of Sven Vath and the way he acts while spinning. Really funny stuff.
Nick was playing some great songs too. I only listened to about 40 minutes of his set altogether. I was sooo happy to hear Golan Globus - Blazer. He mixed it out after the breakdown to another song(the guy vocals talking about buying smack and stuff, cant think of name), and then he put the buildup of Blazer back on and mixed those two songs together. It was awesome. The crowd was loving it too. Glad I didnt miss that one. Also heard newer remixes of Beauty Never Fades and U Know Y. They were good as well.
All in all a great night out :) |
