Working in the theatre, I have seen many a case where women I knew did not have fake, or even very large breasts, would come out wearing a corset and you would think they were built like Dolly Parton.
They also do all kinds of strange things with scotch tape.
So the moral of the story is: Not until she is unclothed can you really be able to judge if they are real or fake :D

i would just like to add to this that push-up bras are amazing inventions hehehe. my gf was wearing one the other day (not that she really needs it) and OMG!!!! thats all she wrote hehehe... |
