man that is one hell of a tracklist!!
Orko
I had just worked a 12 hour shift, then went to a work party, then straight to the Guv for this. Walked in, just in time for Sasha's opening (Invisible Ink - Stars (Ambient Mix) ); the room was at a standstill while everybody waited and soaked up the atmosphere. The beautiful old Guv lasers were in full effect, in that sunshine mode they used to use.

Then I sat back (yes sat) and floated away as I listened to the melodic 2002-2003 Sasha sound. So many times I closed my eyes, and dreamed that I was on a magical journey.

10 years ago. Faack.

Glad you guys enjoyed it. Yes, it's definitely a journey set. Had it on one of my hard drives, had to spread the joy!

Guys, I'm real sorry to burst your bubble but as great as that night was to experience... you'll have to back 2 months prior.

I had so much fun that night at Guv but I remember listening to Sasha's One World mix at Glastonbury June 27 2003 and was blown away.

Hearing Amber's Anyway on the dancefloor I was sooooo expecting him to mix in Timo Mass' Unite. It didn't happen. I was so disappointed Sasha didn't play it the night either. This is probably one of my all-time favorite sets of his. Top 5 for sure.

So worth listening to for decades to come. I can't even imagine what it would have been like at the party.

These 3 tracks in sequence alone will explain everything:

Maurice & Noble - Hoochie Coochie Man
Amber - Anyways (Steve Porter Mix 2)
Timo Maas - Unite

Absolutely love Cowgirl vs Xpander. First time I heard it was at the end of his Privilege EM from summer of 2002 and it blew my mind. That whole set is top notch Sasha though IMO.
