Even though I was born in the 80s and I never got to seen a disco, I often dream and wish to go to a real disco, with disco music playing and people dancing disco-style with disco hair and disco shoes boogeing oogieing all night long ..... :p :toothless
Also, the retro / house music era of the 80s. I heard Chicago had some great house nightclub parties in the 80s ... I'd be glad to get my hands on some of those compilations, if there are any ... :happy2: :tongue2 :crazy: |

| ... in addition to the mentioned choices, I'd love to go a bit further back to witness such events as the Pyraminds creation, the glory of Rome, the dinosaurs, and maybe get a birds-view (or capsule-time-accelerated-view) of how the Earth evolved from a hot ball of molten rock into a planet full of life, dinosaurs and such .... |

If I were to live in a different time period for one week, I would choose the 40's. World War II is my favorite war and the Allies were kicking some serious Nazi Ass.
Also I wanted to be there, at the beaches of Normandy for the Allies arrival on D-DAY. JUNE 6, 1944.
We should have a smiley thats pure American. Uhh. and Canadian, and British, and French, and every other free country. Hehheh! |

| i really regret never being able to see the beatles, the doors, pink floyd, jimi, and all the others that made the music that shaped my musical tastes. sid barret (sp?), john lennon and i would have formed the greatest group of all time, or we would have killed our brains with mass consumptions of lsd, and would have sat around watching hannah-barbara cartoons day in and day out. |

| Would have to be medevil era for me. I know it was full of some bad times but I am a huge fan of fantasy fiction and this would be the closest thing to that style. Besides, it is only for a week :D :cool: |

| I think all of these eras have their good and bad points, but for me, I would love to live in the 80's becasue lately i've been on an 80's kick. I love the 70's though it'd be en sweet too. I'm a fashion freak to, and the medieval times would mean i would get to wear those big dresses with the corsets that all the women wore...ahha that would be wicked! |
