im yet to install the 1st one on my pc.... :(
But when i do get it, i intend on throwing win2k in the trash, even though technically it worked better than ME (who used to crash roughly about 4 times a day) and XP (who crashed roughly about 3 times a day, sometimes more depending on the day :D)

Hmmm... I used to have the 2nd patch months ago, on a mini CD (<180 MB). I would never touch the 3rd, as it only runs it's own stuff. The people behind it who claim it's "faster" than its competitor's product only use ONE example to "prove" it, and that example was BUILT for the 3rd patchmaker's product so, of course it will be faster! DUH. About the 1st patch... I was thinking about an alternative (and still am, due to its nice number of languages (60!!!)) to it. The alternative patch's spelling begins with an "M", ends with a "e", has a "k" before the last letter, and a "d" as the 4th letter. Easy enough to guess? If you can't, this is what I meant:
Alternative patch
Bye for now... :-) ROFL |
