A brand new dirty hard trancer Ive just finished. Gonna send off to my usual labels next week, but first want to hear if you guys could recommend any changes or problems with it! The vocal in the buildup is a temporary vocal which will be re-recorded with a better microphone next week, so ignore the bad EQ on that behalf! The MP3 has a clipped intro and outro Im afraid, if you are after a non clipped mp3 then MSN me up :-) Cheers!

I'm not really into this type of trance, but sounds very professional!
The kick/bass combo is SO driving! and your turnarounds, every 16 bars I guess, are really slick.
good luck with this one - hope you do well.:toothless |

| I do like this kind of trance and really enjoyed the song. I'm not a good enough producer to give any advise on effects usage etc but it sounded very finished and clean in my opinion. The arrangement was good as well. |

Thanks everyone !! True, it is more HH than HT but in the HH scene this type of tune is scene as more 'trancey' - that's usually the deal with my tracks anyway!
Jett the kind of labels I sent my stuff to are places such as Mohawk Records, Execute, Vicious Circle and Nukleuz. |

Well made. Very 2001 style hard hose, or at least how I remember it being then, unless the style hasn't changed.
The only biff I had with this song was at 4:30 after you do that little filter cut, it drops off in intensity.
I tried finding what stops at that point and I guess its just cos you have a build that eventuates into nothing. |

ok had a listen to the full version of this
kingpin is what you called it yea?/
starts off simple, kick is nice and hard, works well.
the whole acid synths are getting a bit boring now, too much of them can be a waste, some are good they work well, but too much just wastes a track.
bass is nothing special, but sits nicely in the mix.
the other hard synths you got going on are good, again simple, but they work very well.
not really sure on that vocal, its a weird one, but some people will like it, some wont.
the main melody is very simple, but there is something about it that works very well, and would work well on a dancefloor.
all in its a good track, well produced, and would work very well on the dancefloor, however i felt the percussion was very poor, and i know you can do better than that.
keep it up though
you are improving alot. |
