| was anyone listening? i was at a mate's 21st and managed to catch a bit of it. it was ferry live in los angeles or something, i heard velvet morning and something from armin's EM that i can't remember, sounded pretty good. |

yeah i thought it might be when i heard him say it but i couldnt remember where the new cd was from in case it was another set. sounded alright from what i got to hear anyway. |

how does that work dowls? because all the tracks arnt especially engineered to be 5.1
so either ferry paid his engineers a load of cash, or he is magik. |

lol
5.1 mean that it was recorded in 5 channels usually the left,centre,right, left surround sound and right surrond sound.
the .1 is cause it also records a bass channel hence 5.1

The release comes on a CD and a DVD. The CD is in standard 16bit/44khz stereo format. The DVD comes with a doccos, some other previews and the audio in DVD format. DVD audio is 5.1 surround sound, but more importantly (as I don't have 5speakers + sub) it is in 24bit/96khz format - which is a lot better sound quality :)
