People, well not people, just my girlfriend have started to realise how serious about trance i am. I am getting some technics for my birthday febuary coming up, and ive already started colleted records, in anticipation for that time.
Some of my close friends, think im mad, and that its impossible to be that involved in any musical genre. I tend to have sparse arguments from time to time, with my best friend, who thinks im being stupid, spending time listening to trance.
Although he will never "get me", it dosnt matter all that much, aslong as he finds something he can be passionate about. My girlfriend on the other hand, has started being very supportive, and now wants to learn how to mix etc. Because she has started getting into it. She lets me rabbit on, about all the latest releases, and any killer mixes i pulled off, and dosnt moan one bit.
Others are sometimes jealous of someone's love for something, due to their own insecurity of not being able to find a niche to fit into, which seems my friends problem. |

exactly, all of the people I know in reality hate trance and think that I am just not normal, what I do is give them a middle finger and tell them to f&&& off, and my love to trance music is passion ->> unstopable.

| Alot if depends on where you live. Most of my friends and wife listen to this to my . But perhaps with the exception of one, most of them will never be as hardcore as me. To me this music represents more than just what you hear. It represents an "underground culture", for lack of better term. Alot of people would agree - here in the states what I wish for the most is somekind of recognition. Not an acceptance into the mainstream. We wouldn't want people listening just to be cool or "in". Just for people the realize that our music exists. And that we are it's following... |
