Good clubs in amsterdam??

Hi there.....
Myself and a few friends are coming over to Amsterdam for friday and saturday night this week...
Now ive been there several times now and i love the place but one thing ive never done while there is to check a real Amsterdam club out...
Now i checked the sticky at the top of the page and had a look at the clubs there but i cant seem to make my mind up on which is best for trance and progressive???
Which one is your favourite and why???
Also what are the rules as regards smoking in the clubs i.e. do some clubs allow smoking of any substance in there????

Only real trance club in Amsterdam is XL @ Kingdom, in the Jan van Galenstraat. Check www.xtralarge.nl. |

Ze verwachten dus altijd van ons dat wij een party agenda opstellen en hem adviseren over de beste keuze... nou het kan me reet roesten, beetje zelf research doen kan heus geen kwaad en zo goed als alle club sites zijn in het engels..
To answer your last question: smoking is allowed everywhere until 2005 :( |

Nou ja, beetje behulpzaamheid daar wordt niemand minder van hoor.. En als ie zegt dat ie de sticky heeft doorgelezen maar het daar niet heeft kunnen vinden.. Ik kan me voorstellen dat ie de informatie die hij wil hebben hier eerder vindt dan op de sites die jij bedoelt..
And to jakeboy: smoking of cigarettes is allowed everywhere, smoking of anything else is prohibited almost everywhere (except for the coffeeshops of course, and some clubs do not make a fuss of it, but I don't know personally which ones they are). |

Well it looks like a night at club xl then although the only dj ive heard of on saturday is Misja Helsloot.....
Checked the club site out....wow some real women in there :eyespop:
