CUE files??

Hey,
I may look stupid by saying this but wha are cue files for and how do u use them?? I would love someone to tell me. :) |

| a cuefile is a file that cut's one big mp3 file back to the original tracks. you can use it in a prog like cdrwin to burn cd's. Just click load cuesheat and then load it. |

| So does that mean u can use it with other programs just to split the large file up? or is it just for cd-burning software?? |

| don't know for sure, but i thought you could only use it to burn cd's with it, perhaps you can also use it in a prog like hjsplit but i'm not sure. |
