there are a ton of tracks that use that sample (from that famous martin luther king speech)
and it might not even be in the actual song, the dj might have dropped an accapella over some beats too......... |

Haha, thanks for the confidence TECHno addict.
As Special K mentioned the sample is used in ALOT of tracks out there and it was probably accapella'd over another track if it was dark and danceable.
I believe halo20 is right as well, it is used on the Jack had a Groove track and my god am I sick of hearing it ;)
