Good flick.
There is also a movie from the 1980 "Where the Buffalo Roam" where Bill Murray plays Hunter S. Thompson (does a very good job too).
I have not seen the whole movie but the openeing sequence alone is brillant.

Try watching:
"Where The Buffalo Roam"
it's an older (and more obscure) version of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas which casts Bill Murray as Hunter S. Thompson instead of the less comedic Johnny Depp. Overall it's not nearly as polished as the newer version, but I think that Peter Boyle portrays a much better Lazlo than does Benicio Del Toro.
Just my opinion. |
