| Okay so ive downloaded a few games lately that are .IMG files. they also come with a .ccd file. The problem is the .IMG file is like 750+ megs, and is to big to fit on a CD. How are people burning these images, i just dont understand!! i've seen like 3 games like this now and its not makeing any sence. Anyone know whats up? |

burn with a .CUE file and it will work fine... maybe the .CCD file is the cue?? how big is it?? if the file is a few bytes then find a burning program that can burn .CCD files ;) (make sure there both in the same directory)
images/bin files are always bigger than the original cos they contain more info... hope that helps :D :D |

Sheesh, I tell ya.
People are so on edge about stuff here lately. Some of you need to chill out and start treating people like you were treat when you furst came here.
I've read four post and it starts with someone asking an innocent questions, then 5 other people flaming them. Get over it people, it's a forum of open thoughts.
Anywho, you should be able to burn the 750 meg file fine on a 700 meg CD. I think someone told you to use the cue file. Sometimes the cue file will re-aline the size to fit correctly onto a normal CD. Burn programs read alot of extraneous information on files when burning, but only burn the needed data.
If that doesn't work, then you might have to get some larger CD-Rs. haha, oh yeah, we do have a tech forum for you:thepirate s. hahha
